Time limit
The guarantee is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. Refund requests received after 14 days cannot be processed.
Usage limit
Refunds are only available if your account has not progressed past the Testamentary Expenses stage in the Probate dashboard. Accounts that have moved beyond this stage have made significant use of the platform’s core functionality and are not eligible.
